About Stevens County Court Docket

Stevens County court information is divided by court level. The County Clerk keeps Superior Court files, while the District Court Clerk maintains limited-jurisdiction and county-served municipal matters. Washington Courts supplies statewide search routes, but an online index is not always the full case file. This private reference site organizes those official paths so visitors can identify the proper portal, clerk counter, mailing route, or phone contact.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Washington starts with knowing who holds the record. Stevens County Superior Court belongs to the Tri-County Judicial District, and its docket route is Odyssey. District Court uses the limited-jurisdiction system and also serves the listed municipal courts of Chewelah, Colville, Kettle Falls, and Springdale. The two clerks work from different rooms in the Stevens County Courthouse. Bringing their roles, search links, case-number rules, calendar cautions, and copy procedures together reduces wrong-office requests without replacing any official source.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Washington court, clerk, or public agency. Its limits are straightforward:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes found on some content pages. Each provider controls its results, fees, data practices, and service terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral payment to this site. That arrangement does not make the outside result an official Stevens County record, and every material detail should be checked with the originating clerk.
